We give our swimmers every opportunity to get the balance right between reaching the highest level in the classroom and the pool. 

Take advantage of opportunities not excuses.

Morning Training finishes at 7.15am which gives plenty of time to shower get changed and enjoy the $2 breakfast (Cereal, Hot Dish, Toast, Juice, Tea) at Tolles.
Students then have a solid 30minute spot (8-8.30am) available in the Gildas Centre (library)to get stuck in. First bell 8.35 & second bell 8.40am
After a bite to eat lunchtime allows a quick 15min window to take a look at those assignments and starting planning for success and no stress.
finish 3.25pm - bite to eat - then an hour 3.40-4.40pm in Gildas Centre to get the week off on the right step.

 Our senior competitive program is designed around 3 maro-cycles: 
Shortcourse State (Sept)
Long Course State (Dec) 
Nationals (Apr)

State Age Swimmers 13yrs+ are expected to train minimum 7 sessions / week

National Age Swimmers
are expected to train minimum 8 sessions / week


Each macro-cyles is structured on improving technique and skills,
and progressively developing each swimmers aerobic and anaerobic
energy system to reach their goals.
